| Past & Current Engagements Designing a local investment policy for a large private pension fund De Sola & Kluyver – Financial Solutions was hired to advise, design and produce the Local Investment Policy for a large Antillean private pension fund. The Local Investment Policy encompasses all possible investment alternatives in the Netherlands Antilles, such as equity investments, deposits at local banks and real estate investments. The result: The new adapted Local Investment Policy covers issues as: General policies for risks, return, and liquidity of the investment portfolio; international and local diversification policy; risk factors of the portfolio; local portfolio distribution policy; risk tolerance and sensitivity, industry/market exposure policy; and loan exposure policy.
