| Past & Current Engagements Financial and Operational restructuring of a conglomerate De Sola & Kluyver – Financial Solutions received the task to advise a privately held conglomerate in the integration and restructuring of its portfolio of companies. Activities of De Sola & Kluyver in this process were: give the stakeholders a better understanding of the business and re-negotiate the payment terms with their suppliers, debtors and financers; assist in designing turnaround and integration plans; make the short to medium –term projections; assist in change and appoint new management team; calculating the impact of the planned actions; re-engineering cash flow processes by negotiating new terms of trade.
