| Past & Current Engagements Restructuring and Capital Raising for an international conglomerate in Surinam De Sola & Kluyver – Financial Solutions (Surinam) is assisting the Conglomerate to restructure and raise capital for the refinancing and extension of existing debt for three of its main subsidiaries. The financial structure includes medium term debt and trade finance related debt instruments to finance real estate, leasing and trading activities.
